Salon Policies

 

 

Cancellations 
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointments. For groups or parties of 3 or more cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance. Inadequate notice for a cancellation will result in a request for compensation for the scheduled time. Please be considerate of those who are waiting to visit the spa, and arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, every effort will be made to customize your service into the remaining time of your scheduled appointment. Prices are subject to change.

 

Payments
When your spa treatments are completed you will be checked out at the reception desk. Please don't hesitate to request water or tea before you leave. You may pay with cash or check, or with a credit or debit card.

Gratuities 
Gratuities are not included in our prices but are gladly accepted. Calculate the amount of your tip as you would in a restaurant - between 15-20%, but you may of course leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. 

Cell phones 
Because the day spa environment should be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, we request that cell phones and pagers are turned down to a low volume. If you must use your cell phone, please be courteous to others and keep your conversation at a low volume as well. 

 
Price Increases  
Prices may change at any time, without notice, due to unexpected increases in products and shipping & handling charges.
