Welcome to The Studio

RELEASE OF LIABILITY - I agree to consult my physician, assess my fitness level, and follow all safety instructions before participating in any classes at The Studio at Scissorgy, located @ 70 Whittier Hwy, Moultonborough, NH, or with any staff/ independent contractor member, or volunteer from home, on live stream or recorded video. It is extremely important that I listen to my body, use common sense, take breaks, and hydrate as needed to avoid injury and to prevent serious injury and/or medical conditions.

If at any time, I feel I am exercising beyond my current fitness ability, or I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, I should discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider the class or the routine. At any time, I may ask the instructor for a modification to fit my needs.

Some classes at Scissorgy Fitness studio utilize weights and other equipment. If not used correctly, can lead to serious injury. For your safety, you must use any equipment used in the workouts only as demonstrated. Refrain from using any equipment that appears to be damaged, worn, or defective. Always exercise caution during use to make sure you do not lose your grip or control, such as making sure your hands are not wet or sweaty.

If you have any unique or special medical conditions, such as if you’re pregnant, or if you have a history of knee, ankle, shoulder, or spinal (back or neck) problems, cardiovascular, respiratory conditions, or vertigo, you must consult with a competent and reliable physician to understand all risks and complications of participating in classes with The Fitness Studio and receive authorization from them before beginning. Failure to do so could result in significant injury to you and others (including, if applicable, your unborn child). By participating in our classes, you assume all dangers, hazards, and risks of injury in the participation of our classes. I hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless: Felicia Steriti, and all staff, and family members of Felicia Steriti and staff. The Studio at 70 Whittier Hwy, Moultonborough, its employees, volunteers, and any property owners where classes may be conducted, including but not limited to: Daniel Ringelstein, Linn Ringelstein and Harbor 1 LLC; from any liabilities that may occur while participating in any fitness/recreational activity. I understand that participation in any fitness/recreational program or activity involves risk. I further understand that The Studio at 70 Whittier Hwy, Moultonborough, NH does not provide accident or medical insurance for its program participants. In the event of a medical emergency I give permission for 911 to be called and medical care to be provided. I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, I fully understand its terms and I sign it freely and voluntarily. (Parent signature required if under the age of 18)
