4-Week Wellness Coaching with Felicia
This program is all about building new healthy habits that are easily incorporated into your individual lifestyle. This is not a one size fits all program. Felicia gets to know you personally and works with you to make healthy change attainable. It's about nurturing yourself, finding inner peace, and embracing self-love and acceptance. This program addresses all the 6 main pillars of wellness (Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management, Social Support, Spirituality). And It's the perfect opportunity to embark on a wellness journey with guidance from someone with the knowledge and expertise to see you through!
Felicia is a personal trainer and yoga instructor, is attuned in Reiki II and is a practitioner of remote healing using 'The Energy Codes (working with the energetic body)' as well as a certified facilitator of 'The Energy Codes' (Awaken your spirit and live your best life) based on the best seller by Dr. Sue Morter.
Felicia's mission is to empower individuals by helping them develop a strong connection between their body, mind, and spirit. Through teaching and guidance, she aims to help people become more in tune with themselves and achieve a state of overall well-being through a life of authenticity!
Your 4 week session includes:

A 90 min, in person, initial meeting for your assessment.

followed with 3 weekly virtual meetings.

Any 4 classes with Felicia from her regularly scheduled group classes (A $59 value). With the option to purchase more classes at a discounted rate of just $12 per class!

4 weekly plans emailed to you in a printable PDF, with a personalized plan that addresses your goals each week in the main pillars of wellness: Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management, Social Support, Spirituality.

Recipes, Meditations and Affirmations emailed to you each week to help you reach your goals.

A mid-week check in to help you stay on track!
